Frequently asked questions
We accept clean, odor-free, undamaged items (clothing, shoes, purses,
accessories) in current style and season. We do not accept fast fashion,
discount brands, or counterfeit goods. Items should be authentic and legally
owned.
Create a free account on our platform, Circle Hand, to manage pricing, track
sales, and receive payouts. You can consign online by uploading item details
and photos, or bring items in during store hours for walk-in consignment.
Walk-ins are limited to 20 items and incur a $1 processing fee per accepted
item.
You’ll need to book a Closet Rental for larger collections.
Payouts are issued every Monday for the previous week’s sales. You can
choose: Check, Paypal, Venmo, or Store credit with a 10% bonus. Digital
payouts will be processed on Monday. Checks can be picked up in store during
store hours.
We handle items with care, but Hunt & Gather is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or unforeseen events.
Standard consignors must pick up unsold items within 7 days after the 60-day
period.
Closet renters pick up items on Sunday (5 PM - 6 PM) at the end of the rental
term unless closet breakdown and donation service ($10 fee) is requested.
Items not collected become property of Hunt & Gather and may be donated or
disposed of.
Prices are set by the consignor.
For Standard Consignment, Hunt & Gather will review your suggested prices
and may recommend adjustments to ensure competitive pricing.
For Closet Rentals, you have full control over pricing with no involvement
from Hunt & Gather.
Standard Consignment items are discounted as follows:
After 30 days, items are discounted 25%.
After 45 days, items are discounted 50%.
Closet Rental items are not required to participate in any discounts. Closest
Rental items are discounted at the discretion of the consignor.
