POLICIES
1. Parties
Consignee (Store): Hunt & Gather LLC, 16 W Bockman
Way, Sparta, TN
Consignor: Individual or business providing items for sale.
3. Ownership
Consigned goods remain the property of the consignor until sold.
Consignor guarantees items are legally owned and authentic.
2. Goods Acceptance
Items must be clean, odor-free, undamaged, and in current
style/season.
We do not accept fast fashion, discount brands, or
counterfeit goods.
Hunt & Gather reserves the right to reject items that do not
meet quality standards.
4. Unsold Items
Standard consignors must pick up unsold items within 7 daysafter consignment period ends.
Closet renters must pick up unsold items at end of rental
term (4PM - 5PM on the Sunday the rental term ends)
unless donation service is requested.
Items not collected become property of Hunt & Gather and
may be donated or disposed of.
5. Consignment Options
Option 1: Standard Consignment
Items displayed for 60 days.

Commission Structure:
Under $50 → Consignor 50%, Hunt & Gather 50%
$50–$100 → Consignor 55%, Hunt & Gather 45%
Over $100 → Consignor 60%, Hunt & Gather 40%

Discount Policy:
After 30 days → 25% discount
After 45 days → 50% discount
​
Payouts:
Issued every Monday for prior week’s sales.
Store credit bonus: +10% if payout taken as store credit.
Option 2: Closet Rental
Rent a closet for $20/week (minimum 1 week).
Includes rack + 2 shelves for clothing and accessories.

Commission Structure:
Under $50 → Consignor 55%, Hunt & Gather 45%
$50–$100 → Consignor 60%, Hunt & Gather 40%
Over $100 → Consignor 65%, Hunt & Gather 35%

Discount Policy:
Free extra week if remaining items are discounted 50%.
Donation Service Fee: $10 if Hunt & Gather breaks down the closet and donates unsold items after rental ends.

Payouts:
Issued every Monday for prior week’s sales.
Store credit bonus: +10% if payout taken as store credit.
6. Liability
Hunt & Gather is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or unforeseen events.
Items are displayed and handled with care, but consignors assume risk.
8. Payout Expiration
All payout claims expire 12 months after the consignment period ends.
7. Sales Tax
Hunt & Gather will collect and remit sales tax on all transactions as required by Tennessee law.
9. Data Privacy
Consignor information will be stored securely and used only for internal purposes.
10. Legal Compliance
Agreement governed by Tennessee law. Disputes will be resolved in White County, TN.
